SUCCESSFUL ACQUISITION OF FORMER GARDEN CENTRE
Nigel Price, Chairman of Goadsby residential is pleased to report the successful acquisition of The Oaks Garden Centre, Queen Anne Drive, Merley on behalf of Care South, a not-for-profit charity and leading provider of care homes, assisted living and care at home services across the south of England.
This has taken a while to conclude but we are very pleased with the outcome. Our client Care South is intending to submit a planning application for a Care Home and close care accommodation. We have now acted for Care South on several successful schemes, most recently St Ives House in Ashley Heath and Alexandra House in Parkstone. The Oaks is a tremendous site in a very convenient location offering enormous potential. enthused Nigel.
