Lynsey Caunter, Land Manager for Goadsby Bournemouth reports that they have recently acquired this stunning site in Alum Chine for clients Nylo Homes.
The site is in a superb position; not only does it adjoin the Chine but it is close to the sandy beach at Alum Chine.
Studland Road already had a planning permission, and we were able to get this amended so that it now has permission for 17 apartments in a very attractive Art Deco style. enthused Lynsey.
Whilst still in an early stage of construction, Goadsby Canford Cliffs have already had several serious enquiries and secured a number of early reservations.
