SITE ACQUISITION IN MEYRICK PARK CONSERVATION AREA, BOURNEMOUTH
Lynsey Caunter, Land Manager for Goadsby Bournemouth reports that they have recently acquired this stunning site in Meyrick Park Crescent , Bournemouth.
The site formerly held a very large HMO that had been unsympathetically extended over time, which had a negative impact on the conservation area.
The new design has been carefully considered to provide spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting incorporating many traditional features seen in the area. The buildings are arranged to appear as three character villas in the street scene, with the original core of the building being retained. explains Lynsey.
Whilst still in early stage of construction, Goadsby Bournemouth Branch are taking enquiries for the ten new apartments and two houses.
