SELLING
We are entirely focused on supporting our customers.
As much of our business comes from repeat custom
or direct recommendations, we do not need to spend time touting for new business. We are therefore able to concentrate all our efforts on a successful outcome for our clients.
Following an honest initial property valuation, we do not pressure clients to drop their sale price, but instead focus on different marketing strategies to achieve a sale.
We are very confident that we can achieve a positive outcome for our clients, so do not feel the need for any minimum term contract.
We do not charge for open market valuations and for sales our 0.9% + VAT commission is very competitive.
BUYING
Applicants can see properties displayed in the prominent window of our centrally located high street office, on our website or on other well known property portals.
Our property particulars include detailed descriptions of rooms and facilities, a range of high quality photographs and a floor plan.
RENTING
In addition to sales we also have a rental portfolio. For a finder’s fee we help landlords to find a suitable tenant or for full management we charge 9% of rent + VAT.
SURVEYING
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Home Survey reports are carried out on residential properties by Charles Wycherley. Quotations vary according to the size and style of the property, but are highly competitive.
Charles encourages verbal reports prior to submission of the full report and his Home Survey reports are extremely detailed and, due to his unsurpassed residential value expertise in the Sussex area, he is the obvious choice for the finishing valuation at the end of the report.
We fully understand the relationship of buyer to surveyor and client to agent and thus, we clearly state vested interests, but you are assured of an entirely professional approach at all times.
