Director Nick Butler heads our sales progression and is dedicated in the role of communicating with all parties, i.e., solicitors, estate agents, vendors and purchasers alike, with the sole aim of reaching an exchange of contracts as soon as possible.
In fact, due to Nick’s input, many of our properties exchange quicker, therefore, reducing the chance of sales falling through.
