Conveyancing
The seller’s solicitors prepare a draft contract which they submit to the buyer’s solicitor. Enquiries are raised on receipt and then answered by the seller’s solicitors. Dates will be agreed for exchange of contracts. We will communicate
and assist both solicitors throughout the process, keeping you up to date every step of the way. We are here to help, if there is anything you are unsure of just ask.
Exchange & Completion
When both sets of solicitors are happy, the mortgage offer has been issued, and everyone agrees upon a completion date, then exchange of contracts will happen. At this point both parties are legally bound to complete. Completion will occur when the remaining monies are transferred successfully into the seller’s solicitors account. When everything has cleared, the keys can be released. We will then meet you personally at your new home to hand over the keys!
