    The approach to marketing
We first sat down with the owners again towards
the end of 2021 to discuss their upcoming plans to downsize from this property and they reiterated that it was certainly a hard decision to make as they had loved living in the home over the past few years. More importantly they also restated their desire that, when the time came, the sale was to be handled discreetly as both the owners as well as the house were well-known in the area. Discretion is something Hat and Home is both knowledgeable and experienced in.
