We know this process can be a bit overwhelming at times - but we are here to help - as you decide on the home that’s right for you.
As RICS Registered Valuers we can also provide Red Book Valuations for a variety of purposes including Probate, Shared Ownership and for Target Help to Buy.
We have expertise in dealing with period and modern properties and will help highlight any serious problems whilst offering advice on specific risks before you commit to purchase. Our service also includes discussions before and after the survey to provide you with helpful advice and give you a better understanding of any issues relating to the property.
