Almost a decade as Somerset’s Most Active Commercial Agents
Our Commercial Property department is celebrating winning a top industry accolade every year for almost a decade.
For the ninth successive year
they have been named Most Active Agent by EG – The Estates Gazette. This respected industry publication monitors deals across the sector and in 2018 GTH again secured the most sales and lettings in Somerset.
Commercial surveyor Joseph Hughes said: “The local commercial property market is performing strongly with many different types of transactions occurring, showing that the uncertainty of Brexit isn’t deterring business owners from starting up or expanding.
“The best performing market in this part of the country is the industrial sector, with our handling the most significant local developments which tend to generate strong interest.”
The commercial division has been heavily involved in selling and letting units at Westpark 26, the major business estate close to Junction 26 of the M5.
It is currently marketing Units A-D Crown Industrial Estate, Taunton – a new industrial development.
The commercial division, which has offices in Taunton and Yeovil, works across Somerset, Devon and Dorset and undertakes a full range of commercial services.
