NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE
I used Loveitts to sell my mothers property. Jas came out the next day and by the following day
it was up for sale with brilliant photographs and
a virtual tour film done. Adam sold it on the first viewing. So all in all, from start to sale it took only a matter of days. Great guys, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a fast and easy sale.

I bought my property in Coventry during the April auction when the lockdown was in full force. Albania changed the borrowing requirement
and surveyors were unable to visit. Loveitts supported me throughout the completion period from getting a solicitor and mortgage advisor
to regular checking on progress by phone and email. The auction manager I dealt with answered all enquiries on time. I also got support after completion to arrange lettings through their office. I will recommend Loveitts services at any time.
